Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or compromised. In such cases, requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. Please send your request to: hello@ixalmaison.com.

We reserve the right to evaluate each request individually.
